dr Anna Kaczor
President of the Foundation's Management Board
A specialist in European policy and women's rights, she combines experience gained in both the business and academic sectors. A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, she has worked for years at the intersection of science, the economy and public institutions.
As a graduate of the Henryka Bochniarz Leadership Academy for Women and an active leader, she consistently strengthens the Foundation's position as a bridge connecting the needs of entrepreneurs with the public support system. She represents the business community on numerous advisory and opinion-forming bodies, and actively works for the development of the region as a member of the Monitoring Committee for the European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021–2027 programme.
Wioletta Molęda

Lead Expert for Business Projects
An expert in business projects and digital transformation. A graduate of the Kielce University of Technology and of Kozminski University, where she completed the prestigious Biznes.AI – Artificial Intelligence Project Management programme.
For over 20 years she has successfully combined consulting experience with the practice of managing complex projects, particularly in the field of innovation and the deployment of new technologies. Thanks to her interdisciplinary knowledge and practical approach, she is a valued adviser to companies looking for modern and effective solutions.
Karol Kaczmarski
Member of the Foundation's Management Board
Expert
An expert in business modelling and digital transformation strategy. A graduate of the Świętokrzyska Academy and of Kozminski University, where he completed an MBA in digital transformation.
Thanks to his ability to create effective concepts and project models, he has supported the raising of finance for ventures worth over PLN 150 million in total.
A member of the Monitoring Committee for the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 programme, where he represents the interests of the business community in shaping the region's development policy.
Anna Smorąg
Expert for Innovation and Development
She specialises in raising capital for business projects in the field of innovation deployment. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Management and Social Communication, and of postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice and the Kraków University of Economics.
She has 20 years of experience in supporting local government and private sector entities in service development, market potential analysis and the practical implementation of innovation, as well as in raising capital from European funds and national programmes for investment projects. She has coordinated and co-delivered numerous projects related to enterprise development.
Wiktoria Faliszewska
Communications Consultant at EUROPE DIRECT Jędrzejów
Wiktoria Faliszewska is a communications consultant at EUROPE DIRECT Jędrzejów, a young community leader and a member of the Management Board of the Rzecz Młodych Foundation, which works for young people.
She has experience in coordinating social, educational and youth projects, including initiatives delivered under the Erasmus+ programme. She previously served as deputy chair of the Youth Regional Assembly of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and as a marketing assistant at ELSA Kraków. She has also worked with numerous non-governmental organisations, hosted radio programmes and served as a students' rights advocate. Her interests span local government and EU law, and her work draws on broad experience in marketing.
She is a graduate of the 4th edition of the "Leaders for Youth" programme run by the School of Leadership, and a law student at the Kraków University of Economics.
Anna Zarazka
Specialist
A graduate of the Jan Kochanowski University, responsible at the Foundation for communications, brand building and the promotion of services.
She coordinates the development of the training offer, supports companies in raising the competences of their staff and advises on the use of funding available through the Development Services Database (BUR). Thanks to her commitment and her knowledge of the realities of the regional market, she effectively connects the needs of entrepreneurs with modern forms of development support.
Mariusz Śnioch
Expert
A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Kielce University of Technology and of postgraduate studies in "Banking and Finance". He has taken part in numerous training courses and workshops on financing investment projects, financial analysis and company valuation.
An expert with over 20 years of experience in the banking sector – he worked at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. and Alior Bank S.A., among others, as a credit analyst serving large enterprises. For over a decade he has run his own business, providing business advisory services.
His broad knowledge, experience and strong analytical skills help entrepreneurs from a range of industries to secure financing for investment projects effectively.
