Working with Technopark Kielce DIH, a hub of digital opportunity, lets you do this faster and more effectively.

The project's goal is to build an effective, recognisable regional ecosystem supporting the digitisation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Świętokrzyskie region, cooperating with the EDIH network across the European Union and supporting companies through an effective digital transformation of their organisation and/or the digitisation of their products and services.

The Industrial Development Foundation co-creates a European Digital Innovation Hub

Since 1 January 2023 the Industrial Development Foundation, together with the lead partner - Kielce Technology Park - and other partners, has been running the "Technopark Kielce Digital Innovation Hub" project, co-creating the region's only European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH).

Technopark Kielce Digital Innovation Hub is a centre of digital opportunity that helps small and medium-sized enterprises carry out change and raise the standard of their services.

How does TKDIH help? A team of experts and technology partners audits your company to identify the areas where digitisation can deliver the greatest benefit - from business process analysis to an assessment of your IT infrastructure - helping you find the right path to digital transformation.

The Industrial Development Foundation offers participating companies the following services

Solution analysis
A participating company receives: an in-depth analysis of the business from a digital perspective, a digital maturity assessment, a set of recommendations, an estimated cost of implementing the chosen digital recommendations, and a digital transformation plan identifying the optimal technology partners.
Solution analysis with a business model
The Foundation's advisors deliver a new business model for the investment project, together with its financial structure and implementation concept.
Implementation support
A participating company receives support in implementing digital transformation solutions: operationalising the investment financing concept, consultations with stakeholders on the optimal implementation model, and implementation support - particularly in planning, monitoring and working with technology advisors.
Market-entry model and strategy
The company receives support in building a business model and a strategy for bringing its products to market.
